E-Export push by Ülker
Ülker, Türkiye's leading food company, with exports to more than 100 countries around the world, has taken an important step in e-exporting with its E-Star expertise. Ülker's popular products are available to consumers in France, Italy and the Netherlands through the 'Ülker Shop' on the Amazon Europe platform.
Ülker sends hundreds of products to millions of consumers around the world from its production and export base in Türkiye. With the goal of reaching consumers through different channels, Ülker has taken important steps in "e-exporting". Ülker's products in 3 categories - candy, chewing gum, and chocolate – including its Biskrem, Hanımeller, and Albeni products, are now available to consumers in France, Italy, and the Netherlands through the online “Ülker Shop” opened on Amazon Europe. Ülker will add Spain, Germany, and England very soon.
All Ülker Shop supply and infrastructure operations are undertaken by E-Star, a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding which caters only to online channels, and is the first and only supply company in this field.
Spain, Germany, and England are next
Ülker’s goal is to increase their export potential by taking new steps in e-export, Ülker Business Development Director Utku Soylu said, “The operations of all the products we have placed on Amazon Europe through the Ülker shop, such as sales, supply, and marketing, are being managed in cooperation with E-Star. We want to reach our growth targets in these areas by offering our products to these markets through different channels. Our first goal is to deliver Ülker products all over the world over different channels on our online stores that we manage in Türkiye."
