A football center for Trabzon

The Trabzon Grassroots (football for everyone) Center will be officially opened on Saturday, April 26. The event is being organized jointly by the Turkish Football Federation and Ülker, the main sponsor of the National Teams.

The ceremony to open the third center of this kind will take place at 10:00.  Two other centers have already been opened, in Istanbul and Adana.

In other news, today the Federation and Ülker, sponsors of the Grassroots project, will host a festival where children will celebrate the annual April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children’s Festival. National A Team training coaches Oğuz Çetin and Metin Tekin will join in the celebration of the children’s festival, which will start at the Turkish Football Federation Riva National Teams Facility, at 13.00.
