Ideas Compete for Ülker Caramio at bizz@kampüs
Applications for the "bizz@kampüs" competition, where young talents develop marketing-focused strategies for a different Ülker brand each year, will be open from January 13 to February 14. Undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students will compete for Ülker Caramio this year. The top three teams will share a total prize of 240,000 TL and gain the opportunity for long-term internships.
Held annually to foster innovative marketing projects for a different Ülker brand, bizz@kampüs is returning for its 14th edition this year. The focus of this year’s competition is Ülker Caramio. Undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students can participate in teams of 2 or 3 by applying via www.bizzkampus.com/tr between January 13 and February 14, 2025.
bizz@kampüs offers students who are passionate about marketing and eager to gain experience in the field the chance to compete. Following the project preparation phase, the teams will aim to secure a spot among the top 50 teams. The competition helps participants develop their teamwork, creativity, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills while working on innovative ideas. Finalists will be announced at the grand finale event, scheduled for May 15-16, 2025.
The top three teams will be rewarded with long-term internship opportunities and a total prize pool of 240,000 TL, distributed as follows:1st place: 90,000 Tl2nd place: 80,000 TL3rd place: 70,000 TL

Faruk Gözleveli, Vice President of Human Resources at Ülker, highlighted that bizz@kampüs offers students a valuable experience before stepping into professional life. He stated, “In its 14th year, bizz@kampüs continues to provide a platform for innovative marketing ideas to come to life. We give young talents the chance to showcase their marketing concepts at the very beginning of their careers. Every year, we embark on this exciting journey with a different Ülker brand at its core. Last year, we received applications from more than 2,500 students across 97 universities. This year, we invite all students to join us in this unique experience.”
